Below you can find an overview of new mushroom machines we deliver. This list gives you an idea of the mushroom equipment we produce and which mushroom machinery we can deliver for your mushroom farm.

Headfilling Machine

Machine for filling the compost and casing into the shelving. This can be in one go or separate filling of the compost and casing. Made by Mush Comb.

Conveyor

Belt for transporting compost and/or casing to the headfilling machine. This conveyor belongs to the standard mushroom equipment on a mushroom farm.

Pulling Winch / Emptying Winch

For pulling the net into the shelves during the filling process. Or pulling the net out of the shelves for emptying the rooms. The pulling winch belongs to the standard mushroom equipment on a mushroom farm.

Hopper

Storage bin for compost or casing. Provides the headfilling machine with sufficient supply of compost and casing to fill the mushroom shelving.

Emptying Conveyor

Conveyor which is normally used in combination with an emptying winch. Transports the remaining compost and casing out of the shelving into for example a trailer. This emptying conveyor belongs to the standard mushroom equipment on a mushroom farm.

Casing Line

Complete line including a casing container. Can handle casing soil big bags and big bales. This line takes care of handling, mixing, watering and giving the right structure to the casing soil. Another prove of the engineering knowledge of Mush Comb with regard to mushroom machinery and mushroom projects. 

Casing Container

Container which can handle casing soil and gives it the right structure before filling the mushroom shelves.

Compost Tray Line

This beautiful piece of mushroom equipment was made in consultation with the customer. Normal tray lines are very long, this line was only 12m long. Mush Comb did the total engineering and production of this mushroom machine. Also the installation of such mushroom equipment is done by Mush Comb.
