Projects

On this page you will find information on our different projects. We tried to give you a good indication of the projects we do and the variation in projects. We have done more then 750 smaller and bigger projects, below you can find an indication about what we do:

Spain (new machinery): Mush Comb headfilling machine for phase 3, filling and casing at the same time. Order also includes conveyors, pulling winch, ruffling machine, self lifting lift, etc.
Portugal (second hand machinery): this project included a wide range of machinery. All second hand mushroom equipment which was renovated by Mush Comb staff. The order included a thilot headfilling machine which was mounted on a carrier. So the grower had the possibility to drive with his headfilling machine to different farms. Other machinery included were cutting machine, stamp remover, ruffling machine, emptying unit, pulling winch, 2 compost trailers and 1 casing container.
Australia (new machinery): Complete casing handling line for automatic tipping of big bales and big bags. After the tipping the casing was mixed and water was added. Finally through a 12m long conveyor the casing was dropped into 2 new casing containers. The containers were mounted on a trailer which made it possible to have a seperate location for casing handling and after that drive to the filling area where the casing container drops the casing on the conveyor belt of the headfilling machine.
Malta (second hand machinery): Headfilling machine, type Christiaens Group. Which was adjusted and custom made according to the requirements of the customer. The delivery also included a self lifting conveyor, stainless steel hopper and a pulling winch. This mushroom equipment was tested together with the engineer of the customer at the production facility of Mush Comb.
Poland (second hand and new mushroom equipment): After first having delivered a revised headfilling machine the same customer also purchased a hopper, 2 conveyors, pulling winch, emptying winch, ruffling machine and a new emptying conveyor.
Spain (new mushroom equipment): 12 rooms with complete aluminium shelving.
Canada (second hand machinery): 1 headfilling machine with 2 conveyors, type Christiaens Group. Including a 1-arm self lifting pulling winch for 6 beds high. Also 24 aluminium picking lorries, 1 casing machine with casing net, 1 net washer, picking rail, extension shelve and even a generator.
